They are matched to the design of the PRO devices and are attached below the device. The Extension Units are available for individual configuration possibilities and can therefore be retrofitted easily. Due to the pre-punched breakouts for the installation slots on the interior, the Extension Units can be quickly and conveniently adapted to any use case on-site. For greater flexibility, 3 different connection options can be selected for the PLC connection of the operator controls: hard-wired, PROFINET and PROFIsafe.
